CLIENT NEWS: HBA Residential Continues to Strengthen Thought Leadership & Personal Branding Positioning in China & UK

Over the past three years, 11K has been working closely with Chris Godfrey, Global Principal, HBA Residential, the world’s leading full-service boutique studio, which designs exquisite homes for the world’s most distinguished individuals and developers, to build HBA Residential’s thought leadership positioning among Chinese HNWIs and investors community in China and the UK. 

This has included building and maintaining strategic, high-level Chinese media relations, creating bespoke events, WeChat content marketing, high-level speaking opportunities, and direct business introductions in China and the UK, including securing Chris the position of columnist and awards judge for Forbes China.

Chris was recently positively featured in China Business Network <<第一财经>>, the first and top news business weekly in China. In the article, Chris shared his insights and perspectives on luxury home design with the publication. He explained that the interior design of Chinese luxury homes is about reflecting the style of “less is more”: that is, the sense that luxury does not lie in the location or monetary value of the house itself but rather in aspects of design that are personal to and that reflect the value and importance of the home owner.
