45 Park Lane, the iconic Dorchester Collection’s Mayfair hotel, announces the appointment of 11K Consulting as its exclusive China Digital Marketing Agency for its esteemed restaurants - Sushi Kanesaka and CUT at 45 Park Lane.



Sushi Kanesaka, an intimate 13-seater omakase counter restaurant nestled within 45 Park Lane, marks the first restaurant outside of the Asia Pacific region by acclaimed omakase chef Shinji Kanesaka. Renowned for Tokyo's Sushi Kanesaka, which has held two Michelin stars since 2018, this restaurant offers an extraordinary yet traditional sushi experience. It showcases time-honoured techniques and is set to become the ultimate destination for sushi enthusiasts seeking an authentic culinary journey.



CUT at 45 Park Lane stands as the inaugural European venture of world-renowned chef and restaurateur Wolfgang Puck. Known for the best steak in London, CUT made history in July 2014 by being the first establishment in London to feature Japanese Wagyu beef on its menu. Chef Elliott Grover further develops CUT’s menu to celebrate locally sourced ingredients with an emphasis on supplier relationships.
