Irene Tan is a Mainland China and HK-focused PR and marketing specialist with 10 years’ experience in London, Hong Kong and Mainland China across various sectors from property, consumer, arts, to luxury lifestyle.

As Account Director at 11K Consulting, a leading UK-China luxury and property PR agency, Irene oversees and executes key accounts and deliver bespoke private events in the luxury and property sectors, including high-end architecture, interior design, construction, and investment advisory.  

Prior to joining 11K, Irene worked as Marketing Manager in an established marketing consultancy in Hong Kong. In this role, she was responsible for branding, corporate communications, events planning, government and media relations, issues and crisis management and Chinese social media. Fong Fong is a seasoned PR, communications, and marketing specialist with a strong media background. She possesses the ability to cultivate high-value relationships for business leaders and senior stakeholders in the real estate and financial industries.    

Previously as Head of Communications for a multinational property development and investment firm in Central London, she spearheaded all in-house PR and marketing activities across brand development, corporate communications, integrated marketing strategies, and high-profile events, including MIPIM. She is adept at creating creative content, managing media relations, and executing digital marketing campaigns.    

Prior to her role in communications, Fong Fong worked as a financial journalist in Hong Kong, covering real estate and banking sectors, and investment products. She has established a solid network with financial and property media, as well as bankers, wealth managers, financial advisors, senior stakeholders of financial services, property and other listed companies.    

Fong Fong holds a dual degree in journalism and law and is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Julia Wang is a Mainland China-focused communications and marketing specialist with 12 years’ experience in Mainland China across various sectors, including lifestyle, hotel, luxury, apparel, and alcohol.         

Prior to joining 11K, Julia worked as account director and strategist in various leading agencies in China. Specialised in integrated marketing communication, Julia is adept at leveraging consumer insights to drive marketing initiatives. She has proven records in helping brands to develop and execute successful communication strategies, drive revenue growth, and enhance brand visibility across different channels (PR, social media and events) in Mainland China.

Yuhong Zeng is a creative digital marketer and content creator. She has over 4 years of experience working in London and Mainland China across various industries, including executive education, eCommerce, and the immigration consulting industry.

As Digital Marketing Assistant Manager at 11K Consulting, Yuhong leads and executes Chinese digital and social media marketing activities for clients in the luxury and property sectors, including high-end residential developments, interior design, construction and real estate investment advisory companies.  

Prior to joining 11K, Yuhong worked as Marketing Executive in a top business in China, Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. In this role, she was responsible for the planning, delivery, and analysis of the marketing campaigns for the school’s programmes. Her strength is to create effective digital marketing content, manage all marketing channels, and assist with online events in both Chinese and English. 

Outside her work, Yuhong is a popular lifestyle blogger with 40,000 combined followers on mainstream Chinese social media platforms. As a social media blogger in London, she has worked with international property companies and luxury brands, including Foxtons, Greenwich Peninsular, Mont Anvil, Liberty London, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges and more.

Zoe is an experienced Chinese media and digital marketing specialist with a focus on the property, luxury, and hospitality sectors.  

Over the past seven years, Zoe has successfully delivered online and offline campaigns for international companies such as Barratt Developments, CBRE, HUGO BOSS, and Hotel InterContinental.  

Prior to joining 11K, Zoe worked as a Digital Media and Marketing Specialist at the European headquarters of a global media corporate group with global coverage. In this role, she was responsible for creating engaging Chinese digital content daily across various platforms (including WeChat, RED and Sina Weibo), planning comprehensive marketing strategies, and monitoring campaigns using analytics tools.  

Having worked and lived in mainland China, Hong Kong, and the UK, Zoe possesses a profound understanding of how to help foreign brands penetrate, establish, and thrive in the Mainland Chinese market.  

Originally from China, Zoe speaks fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English. She held a Master’s Degree in Digital Asset and Media Management at King’s College London.

Iris Chen is a marketing executive and bilingual presenter with over five-year experience in Mainland China and London across various industries, including property, education, art and culture.

As a Senior PR Executive at 11K Consulting, Iris assists with Chinese social media content marketing and writing, Chinese media relations, event execution, translation, and providing research and administrative support for high-end property development, architecture, interior design, construction and furniture companies in the UK and Europe. 

Prior to joining 11K, Iris worked as a consultant in an international education company in London. In this role, she was responsible for providing career plans and hosting webinars for international students and universities. 

Born in China, Iris majored in The Arts of Announcing and Anchoring with honour in Guangzhou University, and graduated from King’s College London with a Master of Education in Arts & Cultural Settings. During her study, she was an intern reporter in Xinhua News Agency.

Based in Hong Kong, Alice is an experienced PR and marketing strategist who has worked with a wide range of clients from tourism, luxury and hospitality to art, culture, and fashion across China and Asia.

Alice brings over 15 years of Asia and China PR and marketing experience to the team. As the MD – HK at 11K, Alice leads business development, oversees client relations and drives media relations and KOL activities across Asia and in China.

Prior to joining 11K, Alice has worked in international and local agencies in Hong Kong, where she was a key member in creating and delivering communications strategy and media campaigns for companies such as HK West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, Hong Kong Arts Development Council, Capella Singapore and Wing Tai Asia.

Based in London, Kit brings a great wealth of experience and strategic inputs into 11K’s business growth and client communications programmes across China and the UK.

Kit started his career in tech PR in the UK for over seven years and then joined Alibaba’s new business development and marketing team for almost four years. He then moved on to set up his own successful beauty tech company in the UK, which was acquired by its competitor, Urban Massage, successfully in 2018. He is currently a mentor of a few ambitious start-ups and a private property investor.
